Dr. Borota

Dr. David Borota was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and attended the University of Washington in Seattle where he earned his B.S. degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with Interdisciplinary Honors.

Dr. Borota pursued his dental education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. There, he distinguished himself academically and graduated among the top of his class, receiving his D.D.S. degree in 2020.

Following dental school, Dr. Borota was selected for advanced training at one of the nation’s most competitive general practice residency programs at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York—a Level 1 trauma center known for its rigorous surgical and emergency training. His dedication and outstanding performance earned him the award of Resident Physician of the Year for the Department of Dental and Oral Surgery.

Dr. Borota then practiced as a general dentist in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, where he provided comprehensive care in diverse and fast-paced clinical settings. His interest in complex dental procedures and pain management led him to specialize in endodontics.

In pursuit of this specialty, Dr. Borota was accepted into the University of Pittsburgh’s Endodontics program, where he completed his training and graduated in 2025 as a board-eligible endodontist. His diverse clinical background and commitment to excellence continue to define his approach to patient-centered endodontic care.
When not in the office, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, photography, and spending time with his family.
